Orders placed Monday–Friday before 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time are typically processed the same business day (subject to availability). Orders placed after 1:00 p.m., on weekends, or holidays ship the next business day.

Most economy and ground shipments arrive within 1–8 business days after your order ships. Expedited options (2-Day and 3-Day) are also available.

Most orders ship from Elk Grove, California. Depending on availability, some items may ship from other U.S. distribution locations to get your gear to you as quickly as possible.
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States while we focus on delivering the speed and reliability our customers expect. We plan to expand internationally in the future.
We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items. Products must be brand new, unused, and undrilled.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a restocking fee applies to orders that originally qualified for Free Shipping.

Yes — as long as they’re still brand new and unworn. Please try them on indoors on a clean, dry surface. Once they’ve been worn on the lanes, or have been soiled in any way, then they are no longer eligible for return.
We don’t offer drilling services at this time. Ball drilling is highly personal and depends on your hand fit, span, and release. For the best performance and comfort, all balls ship undrilled and should be drilled by a trusted local pro shop.

If no preferences are provided, we’ll ship the first available ball in your selected weight from our inventory.

No. Bowling balls and accessories are covered under separate manufacturer warranty policies, each with its own terms, timelines, and requirements. Warranty approval is determined by the manufacturer, not Bowling Fanatix.
